Matt is not just my PT - he's also a self-confidence coach.

When looking for a PT you look for reviews, you check them out on their social media and you never really know what someone is like until you train with them.
​
Once I trained with Matt for a few weeks, I knew he was the PT I was ooking for. From the initial introduction I felt relieved as he listened to me, and I had a lot to sau about me. I hadf experienced previous health issues which affects my current lifestyle (chronic pain_, and after recovering from cancer, I was struggling with the self confidence to start using the gym again.

Over the first few weeks Matt pushed me to find my strengths and weaknesses but helped me by talking through each exercise, telling me why and how we are going to move forward, and ultimately how we couldbuild my strength and confidence in the gym. After 8 months of training (twice a week) with Matt, I now feel stronger, more confidence and have a new world of knowledge to be able to keep myself healthy. I can now see how much my body has changed, and I have smashed the goals that we first set. I have even started going to the gym on my own and taking part in classes. Metcon is my favourite (even though its bloody tough).

Matt is a true STAR; his passion and electic personality really shines through and you could't meet a nicer guy.
